1. Agreement

By accessing Djengo websites, apps, or services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for credentials issued to you and for activity under your account. Operators must keep staff access appropriate to role and revoke access when employment ends.

Guest surfaces (Explore & Book) may allow limited use without an account; creating an account may be required for bookings, payments, or messaging.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, scrape beyond reasonable personal use, interfere with other users, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.

4. Content and listings

Operators are responsible for the accuracy of listings, pricing, availability, and compliance content they publish. Djengo may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Payments

Where payments are processed, third-party processors may apply. Fees, refunds, and chargebacks follow the policies shown at checkout and any operator-specific terms.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Djengo’s liability is limited as described in a final counsel-approved version of these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
