Djengo (“we”) provides operations and guest booking software. This Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our websites, Workspace, Explore & Book, or mobile apps.

2. Data we collect

Account data (name, email, phone), organization and staff role data, booking and order details, payment references from processors, device and log data, and communications you send to support.

5. Retention and security

We retain data as needed for the Services and legal obligations. We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to the risk; no method of transmission is perfectly secure.
